Meet the Team

Daphne Melo is an instructional coach for the Department of Education, dedicated to collaborating with stakeholders to ensure student success. Passionate about empowering teachers, Daphne equips them with tools and strategies to support diverse learners, believing that strong educators drive student success. She has spent her career supporting multilingual families and fostering inclusive environments where all students can thrive.

Daphne holds a Master of Arts in Teaching Childhood Education with a Bilingual Extension from Queens College. A Queens, NY native, she draws inspiration from her mother’s journey from the Dominican Republic to becoming a successful cancer research scientist. Her mother’s perseverance fuels Daphne’s commitment to helping Latina high school students embrace their potential and pursue their dreams.

Known for her energetic and engaging approach, Daphne strives to inspire the next generation—including her three children—by providing them with confidence, representation, and the tools to succeed. As a co-chair of educational partnerships for Limitless, she creates impactful collaborations and programs that expand opportunities for Latina students.

Gabriella Muñoz is a driven Marketing major with a minor in Business Law at St. John’s University. Passionate about innovation, she combines creative strategy with business acumen. On campus, she serves on the executive boards of the Association of Latino Professionals of America (ALPFA) and the Tobin School of Business Marketing Club, organizing networking and professional development events.

An alumna of the Global Loan Opportunities for Budding Entrepreneurs (GLOBE) program, which provides micro-loans to entrepreneurs in developing countries, Gabriella has honed her ability to connect strategy with impact. As the Marketing and Media Director of Limitless, she leads promotional strategies to scale the impact of Limitless NYC.

Proud of her Puerto Rican heritage, Gabriella champions diversity and inclusion. With a strong foundation in marketing and business law, she blends creativity, leadership, and business insight to solve tomorrow’s challenges.

Randy Bowen is a School and College Counselor and Financial Literacy teacher at Community Health Academy of the Heights in Washington Heights, with 16 years of experience in college access, financial literacy, and mental health counseling. A certified EMDR practitioner, he specializes in supporting adolescents with social-emotional challenges and fostering academic growth.

Dedicated to racial equity, Randy authored an article for Chalkbeat New York on helping students navigate racial injustice. As a Black man raised in Brownsville, Brooklyn, Randy hopes to continue this passion for supporting the Latina and Hispanic population through his participation in Limitless Achievement NYC’s vision of empowerment through corporate exposure and mentorship.

A native New Yorker, he holds a BBA in Finance from Baruch College and an M.S.Ed. in School Counseling from Long Island University. As a co-chair of educational partnerships for Limitless, he works to create impactful collaborations and programs that expand opportunities for Latina students.

Luis Muñoz is a transformative leader who brings over 20 years of global corporate experience, where he excelled in navigating complex challenges and delivering top-tier executive security and protection solutions across diverse industries. Driven by a desire for greater purpose, Luis transitioned from the corporate world to entrepreneurship, successfully launching and scaling his own business—a testament to his visionary mindset and strategic expertise.

A proud Puerto Rican and graduate of Fordham University's real estate program, Luis is passionate about using his journey to create transformative opportunities for others. As a proud “girl dad”, he is steadfast in his commitment to advancing equity and access for young women.

Raised in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, by a determined single mother, Luis grew up inspired by her resilience and grit. These formative experiences fuel his dedication to empowering the next generation. As Treasurer of Limitless, he ensures Limitless has the resources to help Latina High School students achieve their college ambitions and unlock their limitless potential.

Lissette Muñoz a Puerto Rican woman raised in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, draws strength and inspiration from her parents’ extraordinary resourcefulness and determination. Despite limited resources, Lissette became the first in her family to earn a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Long Island University—a milestone achieved through hard work and a deep commitment to honoring her parents' sacrifices.

Today, Lissette continues to build on her family’s legacy as a wife, mother, entrepreneur, and senior executive at a leading global Fortune 500 company. She is also advancing her education at Columbia Business School, demonstrating her continued commitment to excellence and lifelong learning.

As the Founder and CEO of Limitless, Lissette’s mission is to inspire, elevate, and empower the next generation of Latina leaders. Through her consistent advocacy and mentorship, she has created a platform that fosters opportunity, champions equity, and drives transformation. Passionate about giving back, Lissette is committed to building a lasting legacy that uplifts her community and paves the way for future Latina trailblazers.
